About These Terms

These terms apply to godirectinc.com and to text messages sent by GoDirect Inc. and our brands, GEARit, Roocase, and Adomii. By using the site or signing up for texts, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or opt in.

SMS Program Terms

What you're signing up for

The GoDirect Inc. text program sends order and shipping updates, customer support replies, account notices, and, if you choose, promotions and product news. You'll only get texts after you give us your number and agree to receive them.

Opting in

You can opt in by checking the SMS box on one of our forms, texting a keyword we publish, or telling a team member you'd like texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How often we text

Message frequency varies based on your orders, requests, and preferences.

Cost

We don't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one final text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then we won't text you again unless you opt back in. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. networks. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your text opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Using Our Website

Everything on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to GoDirect Inc. or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links. Please don't copy, resell, or misuse our content, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Product purchases on our brand stores are covered by the terms posted on those sites.

Limits of Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, GoDirect Inc. isn't responsible for indirect or incidental damages that come from using the site or our text program. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
