GoDirect Inc. ("GoDirect," "we," "our," or "us") is a direct-to-consumer company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We operate a family of consumer brands and this corporate website at godirectinc.com.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information from visitors to this website, applicants for employment, business partners, investors, and members of the press. Purchases and account activity on our individual brand storefronts (for example gearit.com, roocase.com, and adomii.com) are governed by the privacy notice on those sites, which are consistent with this policy.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly

• Contact & inquiry data: name, email, company, topic, and message content when you submit our contact form or email us.
• Career applications: resume, cover letter, work history, and anything else you choose to share when applying for a role.
• Business & partnership information: company details, deal context, or investor information provided in inquiries.

Information collected automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookies section below.

Information from third parties

• Analytics, advertising, and social media platforms that help us understand how our site is used.
• Recruiting platforms and professional networks when you apply through them or allow them to share your profile.

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
• Evaluate candidates and administer our hiring process;
• Manage partnerships, retail, distribution, licensing, and investor relations;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
• Measure marketing effectiveness and communicate news you've asked to receive;

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use that number to send you the messages you signed up for. These may include order and support updates, replies to your questions, and, if you opted in, offers and news from GoDirect and our brands.

• Your consent comes first. We only text you after you opt in, and agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us.
• We do not share your number for marketing. Your mobile number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We only give it to the phone and messaging companies that deliver our texts and help us answer you, and they can only use it for that.
• Your opt-in and consent stay with us. The record that you agreed to receive texts, and any details about that consent, is never shared with any third party for any reason. This applies everywhere in this policy, including the "How We Share Information" section below.
• How we store your consent. When you agree to receive texts, the team member helping you records your consent, including the date, in the customer notes on your record in our phone and messaging system (Aircall). We keep that note so we can show you agreed, and we update it if you reply STOP or ask us to stop texting you.
• You can stop anytime. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@godirectinc.com.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary: session management, security, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: aggregated statistics about site performance and usage.
• Marketing: measuring the reach of campaigns and, where permitted, personalizing content.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, our on-site cookie preferences. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

• Service providers that operate on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics, recruiting).
• Corporate transactions such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and property, or protect the safety of any person.
• With your direction or consent: for example, when you ask us to share information with a partner.

Text messaging exception: none of the sharing described above applies to text messaging opt-in data or consent. That information is never shared with third parties under any circumstances. Mobile numbers are only shared with the providers that deliver our messages, as described in the Text Messages (SMS) section.

• Database, authentication, and secure form processing;
• Transactional email delivery;
• Web analytics and site performance monitoring;
• Applicant tracking and recruiting platforms.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Contact-form submissions are generally retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required. Applicant information is retained consistent with applicable employment and record-keeping laws.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we process about you;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information;
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent that our use of analytics or advertising cookies constitutes "sharing" under California law, you can opt out via a Global Privacy Control signal (see below) or by contacting us at support@godirectinc.com.

To submit a rights request, email support@godirectinc.com. We will verify your identity before responding. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, GoDirect Inc. is the controller of your personal information. Our legal bases for processing are:

• Consent: for optional analytics and marketing cookies and marketing communications;
• Legitimate interests: for site operation, security, fraud prevention, and responding to inquiries;
• Contract: to evaluate applicants and manage partner and vendor relationships;
• Legal obligation: for record-keeping and compliance.

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK/Swiss safeguards, to protect personal information transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

Our website and business communications are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website honors the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as a valid opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for users in states that recognize it. Because there is no consensus interpretation of "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to DNT.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, a homepage notice or email). Your continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
